The ICWAG President Mr. Leonid Gelibterman took part in the award ceremony of the “Chef a la Russe”, the All-Russian culinary championship in Moscow. The “Chef a la Russe” championship has been co-created between the Russian National Culinary Association and Metro Cash & Carry Russia and officially endorsed by World Chefs Association. Teams of professionals and juniors, formed out of two chefs and one pastry chef, competed in the nominations “National Lunch” and “Black Box”. Mr. Leonid Gelibterman, the ICWAG President, held talks with Ms. Anna Zhukova, President of the Russian National Culinary Association, and Mr. Thomas Gugler, former President of World Chefs Association.
