Mexico City “Pacific Cuisine. The Beginning”

The leading Mexican newspaper La Jornada de Enmedio has published an analytical article by its journalist Juan Pablo Duch. The piece is dedicated to the project “Pacific Cuisine”, developed by the International Enogastronomic Center in cooperation with the Government of Kamchatka Krai. Particular attention in the article is given to the book “Pacific Cuisine. The Beginning”, which was presented by the Government of Kamchatka Krai at the international economic forum in Vladivostok this September.
