The ICWAG President Mr. Leonid Gelibterman and Ms. Anna Zhukova, President of the Russian National Culinary Association, took part in the program “Culinary Expedition. Sergey Stillavin and his friends” on radio Mayak.
In 2025, the eighth All-Russian Chef a la Russe Open Championship was held with the participation of representatives from 35 regions of Russia. Mr. Thomas Gugler, Honorary President of the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WACS), joined the event and headed the competition jury.
“In my opinion, the Chef a la Russe project is the only professional championship in Russia aimed at developing the culinary skills of juniors and professionals,” said Ms. Anna Zhukova.
