From 8 to 10 of November the Grand Final of the 4th season of the All-Russian competition “Masters of Hospitality” was held on the territory of the Senezh Management Lab in the Moscow Region. 107 participants from 43 regions of Russia took part in the Grand Final.
The ICWAG President Mr. Leonid Gelibterman, the permanent mentor of the competition “Masters of Hospitality”, participated in the business program of the Grand Final. He was the chairman of the jury of the nomination “Gastroconcept and enotourism” and made a presentation on “Enogastronomy as the art of pairing”.
4 projects had been named among the finalists of the nomination “Gastroconcept and enotourism”. Ekaterina Bogdanova from the Novgorod region presented a roadside cafe with local cuisine and an interactive program. Svetlana Lebedeva from Velikiye Luki (the Pskov region) presented the project “Chocolate that will change your life”, aimed at creating a line of chocolate using a unique technology and recipe, in particular suitable for the people with a certain type of diet. The winners of the Grand Final were the projects “Snail Farm with the “Escargot d'Or Hospitality Center” by Natalia Derevyannykh from the Pskov region and the project “Wine Theater” by Yaroslava Porutchikova from Rostov-on-Don. The prizes were awarded to the winners by Dmitry Vakhrukov, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
The International Center of Wine and Gastronomy, as the founder of the nomination “Gastroconcept and enotourism”, opened up the opportunity for the winners to participate in the international project “Gastrocamp” as the team members in 2025.
