Russian cuisine dinner at the Ambassador Kaluga Hotel

As part of the "Cuisines of the World in Kaluga" project, a dinner of ceremonial Russian cuisine was held at the Ambassador Kaluga Hotel. Chef Evgeny Alfan (Moscow) and pastry chef Elena Baklashova (Moscow) have prepared three snack tables, four courses and a tea and coffee table for numerous Kaluga and Moscow gastronomies. The dinner was accompanied by traditional Russian liqueurs and vodka, as well as wines from around the world. The dinner was hosted by researcher and traveler Igor Shein (Krasnoyarsk) and the President of the International Center of Wine and Gastronomy Leonid Gelibterman.
