The first food festival "Taste of Childhood" was held in Penza on the territory of the V.G. Belinsky Park. The festival was organized by the Center for Creative Industries of the Penza region. At the invitation of the organizers, the International Center of Wine and Gastronomy took part in the festival. Deputy General Director Elizaveta Petrenko and a member of the team of the international “GastroCamp” project Thai chef Thongsuk Channamom (Chef Tom) taught residents of Penza how to cook the Thai dish "Khao Pad Gai" according to a family Thai recipe. As part of the festival, the team of the International Center of Wine and Gastronomy held a master class for local chefs, where Chef Tom shared his secrets of cooking tea with lemongrass, lemon and local herbs, and Rib Eye steak with fried rice, vegetables and massaman curry sauce.
