Youth gastronomic project in Ryazan

On May 24-25, events of the youth gastronomic project StudFood were held in the city of Ryazan. The project was initiated by the Center for International Youth Projects of Ryazan State University named after S. Yesenin. As an expert of the project, acting RSU Rector O. Sulitsa invited the President of the ICWAG L. Gelibterman. As part of the project, the students listened to a lecture on gastrodiplomacy, tasted the Ryazan region’s menu dishes and developed projects for organization of student canteens. The chairman of the Ryazan branch of the Russian National Culinary Association, Irina Danilova, also took part in the project.
