Culinary forum «Industry of food service on duty for the health of nation» in Ufa city

On 21-22 of March a culinary forum «Industry of food service on duty for the health of nation» took place in Ufa city (Capital of the Bashkortostan Republic). President of ICWAG took part in the championship of hospitality «Gastro Master 2021» as a culinary judge. He also performed with a presentation at a business part of a forum. Professional competition and business program were held at Congress-hall «Toratau» in Ufa. President of Russian National Culinary Association Viktor Belyaev was a head of the judges commission. Association of cooks, restaurateurs and hoteliers of the Republic of Bashkortostan was organizer of the event with support of the Bashkortostan Ministry of Trade and Services as well as Ufa city Administration.
