Native people of the North. Bread. Sweets.

On 16th of September in the framework of exhibition "Treasures of the North" in VDNH, Moscow, the Russian department of international organization Slow Food carried out a culinary contest IV Festival "Mother Earth. Native People. Bread. Sweets" between small-numbered nations of the North. The President of ICWAG was invited to be a part of the judging panel of this contest. 17 teams participated in the competition. They showed an incredible palette of dishes and beverages of the people of the North.
