The “Ambassador Kaluga” Hotel hosted a dinner of author’s Indian cuisine within the framework of the project “Cuisines of the Peoples of the World in Kaluga” and the international festival "Space Food". The partners of the “Ambassador Kaluga” Hotel in the organization of the dinner were Mr. Shailesh Sharma, the “Headed Goose” company, chef Nagendra Mahadevappa, the International Center of Wine and Gastronomy and the “Amazing Cocoa” company from St. Petersburg. The Indian Embassy was represented at the dinner by the First Secretary, Mr. Deepak Gauri. Numerous dinner guests, including two Russian cosmonauts from the Kaluga region, Moscow and other regions of Russia had the opportunity to get acquainted with popular dishes from different regions of India, accompanied by specially selected wines. The festive atmosphere of the dinner was complemented by a diverse cultural program.
