Meeting of ICWAG with the New Ambassador of the Republic of Colombia to Russia.

A meeting between representatives of the International Center of Wine and Gastronomy and His Excellency Jorge Ignacio Zorro Sanchez, Ambassador of the Republic of Colombia to the Russian Federation, was held at the Embassy of Colombia in Moscow.

During the discussion, the parties explored opportunities to expand cooperation in the fields of gastronomic diplomacy, cultural exchange, and the development of joint international projects. Special attention was given to the potential of Colombian cuisine as part of the rich Latin American heritage, as well as to prospects for future bilateral initiatives aimed at strengthening mutual understanding between the two countries.

During the meeting, the ICWAG representatives presented His Excellency with the publication Pacific Cuisine, noting the significant cultural contribution of Latin American countries to global culinary diversity. Both sides also expressed interest in Colombia’s potential participation in the Center’s upcoming publishing and research initiatives.

The meeting took place in a constructive and friendly atmosphere, underscoring the mutual commitment to further strengthening professional, cultural, and humanitarian ties between Russia and Colombia.
