The author's dinner of Dominican cuisine took place in Vladimir

On December 5, the International Diplomatic Gastronomic Club, with the support of the Embassy of the Dominican Republic and the National Culinary Association of Russia, held an author's dinner ‘Traditional tastes of Dominican cuisine’ at the restaurant of the “Voznesenskaya Sloboda” Park Hotel in Vladimir. The dinner guests explored the variety of flavors of Dominican cuisine which had been prepared by the chef Ms. Roxanna Fondeur Zaiter and the confectioner Ms. Hanoi Vásquez.

The master of the ceremony was the ICWAG President Mr. Leonid Gelibterman. The meeting of the International Diplomatic Gastronomic Club in Vladimir was attended by H. E. Ramon Alejandro Arias Zarzuela, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Dominican Republic to the Russian Federation, representatives of the regional authorities of the Vladimir region, the tourism and business communities.
