The ICWAG President Leonid Gelibterman moderated the "Ambassadors’ Session" of the Third Global Financial Forum ECUMENE 2023, held from September 27 to 29 in Moscow. The speakers of the session were Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and high-ranking diplomats from the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Federal Republic of Brazil, the Republic of Zimbabwe, the Republic of Indonesia, the Republic of Colombia, the United Mexican States, as well as former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Austria Karin Kneissl and Minister of the Government of Moscow, Head of the Department for External Economic and International Relations of the City of Moscow Sergey Cheremin.
