The «Pacific Cuisine» project continues to attract global media attention

It was covered by Mexico’s leading newspaper El Sol de Mexico. The project is being implemented by the Government of Kamchatka Krai, the International Centre of Wine and Gastronomy, and the International Expert Council of the Russian Union of Travel Industry Gastronomy Tourism Committee. Its goal is to unite the culinary traditions of the Pacific region. A key milestone of the project was the presentation of the book “Pacific Cuisine. The Beginning” at the international forum in Vladivostok (September of this year).
