On December 20, a large-scale literary and gastronomic festival “Turgenevsky Berezhok – 2024” was held in the Orel region. A significant part of the event was the “PryanikFest”, where the Orel gingerbread masters presented and offered to taste their products, held master-classes on gingerbread painting.
The ICWAG President Mr. Leonid Gelibterman visited the exhibition of Orel craftsmen and took part in the business program of the festival. In particular, he was the speaker of the round table “Umbrella brands of the Orel region. Prospects for the development of gastronomic and food brands”, discussed with the participants and the expert community the prospects for the development of gastronomic tourism in the Orel region, in particular presented the international project “Gastronomic Camp”.

This year, at the New Year's Eve festival, an All-Russian record – the longest gingerbread garland length of 23 meters – was set within the event!
