At the initiative of the National Committee for the Promotion of Economic Cooperation with Latin American Countries, the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation hosted an international conference "Synergy of efforts of the public, business and universities to expand cooperation between Russia and Latin American countries." The ICWAG President, Leonid Gelibterman, made a presentation on "Gastrodiplomacy – a tool for expanding cooperation between Russia and Latin American countries." The conference was attended by leading Russian experts in Latin America, representatives of the Latin American diplomatic corps and businessmen.
