Moscow (National) based Russian Branch of the IWFS met in “Buloshnaya”
The Autumn meeting of Moscow (National) based Russian Branch of the International Wine & Food Society (IWFS) was dedicated to French cuisine.
The brand-chef of the "Restaurant House "Buloshnaya" Sergey Erofeev has prepared an author's menu of classic dishes: bouillabaisse, Beef bourguignon, creme brulee. The dishes were accompanied by astonishing wines, Kamchatka distillates and French chanson.
