“A restaurant of national cuisine as an important element in the promotion of the region” - this was the topic of the lecture held for students of the Faculty of International Relations of the IBS RANHIGS. The object of the students' research was the restaurant of Buryat cuisine "Orda" located in the center of Moscow. The Deputy Head of the Plenipotentiary Representation of the Republic of Buryatia under the Government of the Russian Federation, Ms. Julia Dagdanova spoke to the students, and the restaurant manager conducted an introductory tour of the restaurant and presented authentic dishes of the Buryat cuisine.
