As part of the Cuisines of the World project, a Mexican cuisine dinner was held at the Ambassador Kaluga Hotel. A video welcome speech to the dinner guests was made by Her Excellency Norma Pensado, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Mexican States. The President of the ICWAG L. Gelibterman acted as the master of the dinner ceremony. The author's menu was prepared by chef Roberto Jacomin Perez. The menu included traditional Mexican dishes such as guacamole, chili con carne, burritos, accompanied by specially selected wines from Europe and South America. The rich cultural program included music, dancing, a quiz and even a magician's performance. The dinner guests appreciated the work of the Ambassador Kaluga Hotel team and the chef, rewarding them with thunderous applause.
