Our proposal is to submit the Concept for consideration and approval by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. This is firstly necessary the professional community to define such basic concepts as "gastronomic tourism", "gastronomic tour", "gastronomic tourist" and others", concluded Mr. Leonid Gelibterman, the ICWAG President, Head of the Committee on Gastronomic Tourism of the Russian Union of Travel.
