On November 14, 2025, a bright event took place in the RIBAI restaurant (Samara) as part of the project of the International Center of Wine and Gastronomy "Cuisines of the Peoples of the World" - a gastronomic trip to India,
The key figure of the evening was chef Nagendra Makhadevappa, a member of the international GastroCamp project team. His 19 years of experience working in premium restaurants around the world, his collaboration with the Belgian Michelin-starred chef Vineet Bhatia and his participation in the projects of the Moscow restaurateur Stepan Mikhalkov have made him a recognized ambassador of Indian gastronomy in Russia.
The menu was designed as a journey through the states of India. The event was attended by Mr. Shailesh Sharma, the ICWAG partner, head of the Headed Goose travel company, who told the guests of the evening about the gastronomic traditions of India, and also prepared original gifts that he specially brought from India.
The evening was organized and hosted by Igor Gelibterman, a well-known restaurateur in the region, the ideologist of the project "Cuisines of the World in Samara and Tolyatti", who is the first official representative of the Russian National Culinary Association in the Samara region.
