The II All-Russian Forum "Development of Business Tourism in the regions of Russia" and the 14th Russian Business Travel&MICE Award ceremony were held in St. Petersburg. Within the framework of the forum, the ICWAG President Leonid Gelibterman acted as moderator of the case session "Gastronomic identity as a point of growth of the territory in the reception of business guests." The Committee for Gastronomy Tourism of the Russian Union of Travel Industry (Chairman of the committee – Leonid Gelibterman) acted as a partner in the nomination "Best Restaurant/Banquet complex for Events", which was included in the award for the first time. The winners of the 2023 award were the “Tengis” restaurant from Ulan-Ude and the “San-Marino” restaurant from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
