The ICWAG President, Leonid Gelibterman, made a presentation on "The Arctic zone of Russia – prospects for gastronomic tourism" within the framework of the VI Northern Forum on Sustainable Development, held in Yakutsk. He outlined the issues of the topic and shared his experience in the development of gastronomic tourism in the Chukotka Autonomous Region, and also spoke about the international project "Pacific Cuisine", implemented jointly with the government of the Kamchatka Territory and the project "Island cuisine", implemented jointly with the government of the Sakhalin region.
