On June 27, a meeting of the International Diplomatic Gastronomic Club dedicated to India was held at the Senpolia restaurant in Moscow. The meeting was organized by the International Center of Wine and Gastronomy, and the Partners were the “Vasanta Ayurveda” Spa-Center, the “Headed Goose” company, chef Nagendra Mahadevappa, Ksenia Karaulova's Restaurant House, “Vintage-M” company, Imperial Tailoring Co, “Indian Films” company. The meeting was supported by the Embassy of the Republic of India in the Russian Federation and the Moscow Tourism Committee.
The Master of the Dinner Ceremony was the ICWAG President Leonid Gelibterman. Chef Nagendra Mahadevappa offered the numerous guests of the meeting two versions of the author's menu – classic and vegetarian. The dishes were accompanied by wines, and the dinner ended with a dessert Jalebi with mango coulis with coffee from South India and Masala tea.
