From 11 to 14 of September, Ufa, the capital of Bashkortostan, hosted the All-Russian Congress of the Russian National Culinary Association involving representatives from 16 regions of Russia. On top of a rich business programme the international culinary championship ‘Gastro Master 2024’ was held within the Congress. Mr. Leonid Gelibterman, ICWAG President, as a guest of honour at the congress, performed with presentations at the round tables ‘Problems and prospects of professional education’ and ‘Development of gastronomic tourism in Russia’. During the course of talks, agreements on cooperation between the International Center of Wine and Gastronomy and the National Associations of Chefs of Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and South Africa were also reached.
