The President of the International Center of Wine and Gastronomy (ICWAG), Leonid V. Gelibterman, delivered a lecture titled “The Concept of Pacific Cuisine” for the faculty of the Department of Gastronomic Sciences and Tourism at one of Ecuador’s leading universities, UTE (Universidad UTE), located in the capital city of Quito.
UTE has joined the activities of the international working group that is developing the scientific and methodological foundation of the concept. The International Center of Wine and Gastronomy (ICWAG) acts as the coordinator of the “Pacific Cuisine” project, which has already brought together educational institutions, chefs, marketers, public figures, and business representatives from 13 countries around the world.
