On the Working Meeting of the ICWG Delegation with a Representative of the Embassy of Nicaragua

On May 5, 2026, in Moscow, a delegation of the International Center of Wine and Gastronomy (ICWG) held a working meeting with the Advisor for Tourism and Culture of the Embassy of the Republic of Nicaragua in the Russian Federation, Dallance Giselle Meléndez Castro.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation in the field of gastronomic and cultural tourism. Particular attention was given to Nicaragua’s participation in the preparation of materials for the publication “The Great Gourmet Traveler’s Guide: Mexico, the Caribbean, Central and South America”, the involvement of national chefs in the “GastroCamp” project, as well as issues related to promoting the country’s culinary traditions and tourism potential.

Following the meeting, both sides confirmed their mutual interest in developing the partnership and implementing joint initiatives aimed at strengthening cultural and gastronomic ties between Nicaragua and Russia.
