The new episode of Sergey Stillavin's radio program "Culinary Expedition" was dedicated to Uzbekistan. The event was attended by the ICWAG President, Leonid Gelibterman; Iroda-khanum Dadajanova, a cultural scientist, PhD, Deputy director of the Research Institute of Cultural Studies and Intangible Cultural Heritage under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan; as well as Abdurashid-ustoz Shoyunusov – an orientalist, encyclopedist, virtuoso calligrapher, professional musician and master-oshpaz (master of cooking traditional pilaf in Uzbekistan).
