Gastronomy tourism in Russia
The International Center of Wine and Gastronomy (ICWAG) assists to regional authorities of the Russian Federation in creating development strategies of gastronomy tourism. Among other things, the ICWAG organizes international business forums, events with an enogustronic component and enogastronomy festivals as turnkey projects and develops "regional menus".
